Junta de Castilla y León is developing a monitoring concept for the implementation of the Research and Innovation Strategy for Smart Specialisation (RIS3) of Castilla y León.
The Balanced Scorecard (BSC) Methodology is applied for the monitoring of the implementation of the overall Innovation Strategy as well as for single strategic programs. IDEUM is supporting the government in close cooperation with the relevant stakeholders.

Results of the first phase of EIS project presented
at the midterm conference in Gdansk/Poland at the historic Artus Court, opened by Mr Mieczyslaw Struk, Marshal of the Pomorskie Region.
Mrs Elzbieta Bienkowska, European Commissioner for Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs, gave the key note speech about the importance of SMEs internationalisation. EIS partners explained their Good Practices and actions to improve the support of SME internationalisation under moderation of Hans-Christian Jäger.
MEVINO – Improvement measures to foster innovative entrepreneurship
have been presented at the final project meeting in Stara Zagora/Bulgaria. MEVINO partners concluded that the HORIZON 2020 project will pave the way for a more effective support of innovation oriented entrepreneurship in the partner regions.
Improvement approaches for SME funding schemes in several European regions
were presented by IDEUM at the final OSAIS conference together with the valuable results of an impact analysis of numerous funding schemes.
„These insights underpin the necessity for modernisation of European State Aid Policy” as Hans-Christian Jäger (IDEUM) has pointed out, “but we have also identified regions as Good Practice in the field of impact assessment of State Aid Schemes.”
